2K8R2 Vm NIC issues with 2012R2 host

I've just tried moving a 2K8R2 vm to a 2012R2 HyperV host, The having issues with the NIC. Has anyone else experienced issues with a VM network adapter showing the yellow triangle and listing a "Device cannot start" [Code 10]?

Try uninstalling the driver in the VM and then install the 2012 integrated peripherals driver set.

iv seen this when disabling ipv6

was the original VM on VMWare ? before moving to HyperV
