NZXT Hue + failing

Hi

I bought the NZXT Hue + and it came with 4 strips, 2 failed with one led in the strip failing which takes the rest out in that row!

SO I emailed NZXT, 2 weeks later after slow replies, they send 2 new strips.

That was 2 months ago and now 2 more have gone!

Iver taken it all out and now nothing is working!


Time to bin this piece of junk I think.

it is yes but i takes time to set it up inside your case to look good and not so thing I want to keep having to do every few months.

Having the same problem with mine. Individual leds flicker on and off randomly and some have malfunctioned completely - half the time it just cuts out completely. Very disappointing.

Well i was very close to getting one of these. I dont think ill bother now.

I just got one, hope it holds out better than this.

What email address did you use HAz?

I opened a ticket due to a failing led on a strip that knocked out those attached after, had to take it out and move the others around, well they closed the ticket and didn't contact me at all.

Extremely poor customer service so far, for shame NZXT.
