Anyway to speed up post times (hangs on vga)

When I boot my pc it hangs for a few secs on a gtx 1080 vga adapter (basically telling me that I have one installed)

I don't think anything is wrong but my 780ti didn't post such a message and no real reason for it there.

Can this be removed?

I know some bios' have options to freeze on start-up for a few seconds, but I'd say as this is the card that's doing it, there's no way of changing it. I could be wrong of course. I assumed all NVidia gpu's did this but my new 1070 doesn't.
