Any BT workers here?

I am 99% sure someone from the forums here worked for BT and were able to access my BT account and sort me a decent deal.

Can't for the life of me find any details of this or remember the users name

Did this happen or did i dream it? It's that time again to renew and am looking for a decent deal!
