Hi guys I bought the above board a couple of weeks ago from ocuk, today I bought a cpu for it so tried to build / boot up. But it won't post, the debug leds don't light fans spin up but no post, I've tried clearing the cmos moving ram slots, trying to boot with no ram and even no cpu I can't get any response from the board or the debug LEDs.

My psu works fine on another board, does anyone else have this board who could confirm if it's the board that's bad? It was a b grade so need to know soon if I want to return it.

Is the extra 8pin ATX power connected?

Try using a single RAM stick and use the red slots first.

Disconnect any drives (including m.2) and gfx cards.

You just need the board/cpu/ram to atleast get it to post and get into the BIOS.

If after that doesnt work, check the cpu socket for damaged pins.

Thanks for the reply, the 24 pin and the 8 pin were connected, no drives connected, tried with no GPU installed was trying to use the igp at first.

I tried all ram slots with a single stick I could not see any bent pins but will double check though I'd have thought I'd still get the debug LEDs coming on at some point?
