ASRock H170M-ITX/DL

Hi. Recently bought the above motherboard and am having some difficulties getting a connection to the internet. Anyone any experience with these could assist.

Tried clean Windows 7 install, with both latest drivers and old drivers. Sometimes I get the yellow exclamation mark in the network icon, sometimes it is clear. Just will not connect no matter what I try. Trying wired connection btw
