Hi guys,

Got an issue with my overclocked ASRock Extreme 4 V8 motherboard which I've had for a few years now which recently crashed and switched the entirety of itself off during a Fallout 3 session.

The motherboard switches on but does not boot and the digital dial doesn't come on either. Everything works: GPU, CPU Fan etc but there's no video signal so I've got a feeling the CPU and the Motherboard aren't talking to each other. I'm running a Zalman CPRS12X fan and a Radeon 6970 (a flashed 6950) GPU.

May have to completely strip the machine down and reseat everything. Is there anything I can do in the meantime to check if the Motherboard has definitely blown?

Thanks again

The digital dial is to the far left of the motherboard.
