I'm looking for some new headphones to use with my PC for both gaming and music listening.
I'm not too bothered about open/closed really, I suppose I'd prefer closed back just to keep out sound more than anything but it's not a massive deal as I don't live in a noisy environment.
Whilst I don't completely understand impedance I understand that to drive a pair with a higher impedance I'd need a DAC/AMP to get the best from them and I'm willing to buy one if the pair I'm recommended requires it, I'd like recommendations on a DAC/AMP too if that's the case.
I've had a quick look in this section for suggestions given to others and I do like the look of the Beyerdynamic DT770 Pros but just wanted to gauge my options before buying.
