Aquaero Splitty9

Can someone explain to me how the Aquaero Splitty9 works for me, I've tried searching but all I'm getting is sporadic bit's of info here and there.

Basically, I recently brought an Aquaero 5 LT and I want to control all 5 of my Ek Varder PWM fans through the Aquaero.

The Aquaero only has 1 pwm port and 3x 3pin ports which is no good for me.

So my thinking was I will purchase a splitty9 to connect to the Aquaero so that I can connect and run all of my fans with PWM control.

Will this do what I need it to do?

You may have been better off buying the Aquaero 6 as it features all PWM connectors, although they don't have an LT version which seems to me a blatant cash-grab.

Cheers mate Info seems to be a bit on the short side.

I haven't got a spare drive bay so it needed to be the LT, shame they don't do the 6 LT as I would've brought that instead.

I just hit order on a 6XT and 3 splitty's so looking forward - my basic plan is to chain 4 fans to each for tidy cabling and then control each row of fans with the XT. Not too pricey so i'm happy with what they will be used for.
