just to add also that the screen is wide gamut (like the U3011 was) with a GB-LED (instead of older WCG-CCFL) backlight system covering ~103% NTSC, 99% Adobe RGB and >100% sRGB. It also feature a programmable 14-bit LUT if you have the right calibration device (X-rite i1 Display Pro needed)

I love my 3011 but I dont think even I would be tempted by that pricetag

Would love two more in portrait mode (not that I am even close to the £2600~ for two more monitors and another 9700 for crossfire)

You've just convinced me to place an order...near 1100 squid on my credit card!!! Hope it arrives by the weekend.

Will be interesting to see what it feels like compared to the 37in 1080p TV I've been using for the last 5 years - 7in smaller but much more resolution.

I think the eternal question of whether size matters is about to be answered...possibly!

I think the eternal question of whether size matters is about to be answered...possibly!
