So Ive been guessing for ages, but I finally contacted Gigabyte to ask about temp sensors and thought Id share my findings here as these kind of questions crop up all the time:
Motherboard: GA-78LMT-USB3
Tmpin0 Motherboard
Tmpin1 Cpu
Tmpin2 Northbridge

My temps was taken after a stress test and a 15minute cooldown, following a re-build of my liquid cooling loop. Guess Im ok..
