Great work, we have very similar tastes! ;)

Good luck with your build it looks amazing, the iATX SMA8 is interesting to say the least! I opted for the regular ATX in black for my project!

I will keep an eye on this build for sure! :)
Cheers

I like it. It's absurdly obvious when you think about it but bending it the way you have takes up so much less room and hence looks cleaner. Seen a few recently - mainly GPU to rad - and I liked those too.

Thank you so much for your feedback.
I continued in designing the "waterplate". Its nearly finished, it can be milled very soon.
I hope it will fit. :D

That's a great looking render. Solidworks? Been recommended it but balked at the price!

I'm in the middle of trying to design a block. Would it be rude to ask what sort of dimensions you've used? Things like thickness of sheets and minimum thickness of acrylic between things?

I'm trying to build in a filter and two pumps so it's all about what I can get away with :D

hi,
i use inventor.
actually i still can use this for free as a student. :)
The distance between water routing and lining groove is 1,5mm, the lining groove itself is also 1,5mm wide.
The distance between waterrouting and threads are 6,6mm.
If everything will work during the milling process, i can send you my sketches. ;)

Thanks, that'd be really useful. It's just helpful to know whether I'm in the same ballpark as others for acceptable dimensions. Definitely going to be borrowing the print-out idea for a better idea of relative scale!

On another note: four pumps?! Are you sure the right one of use is doing Project Overkill?! ;)

Hey :)
Its always nice to get your feedback. :)
I'm glad to hear that you like this project.

Small Update:

I'm very proud to announce a new Sponsor of this project.

Big thanks for supporting this project with 32GB Cras memory.

It starts with a nice packaging which has a very good feel of the surface.

Nice. Black paracord? Doesn't look shiny enought for plastic - but could just be pic.

E22 fan stickers? Was thinking of some but maybe with some dot work that forms circles when spinning.
