I'd like some advice on upgrading, as I'm not sure how the 780 ti compares with the 1070/1080 as no benchmarks include it. Should I get the 1070 or the 1080 or wait for the 1080ti?
Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.
Thanks for the input. If the 1080TI is only 6 months away I'll cancel my order for the 1080. For 2k gaming / 1080p virtual reality, is the 1070 enough?
I have lost the box, but will have the electrostatic bag and box from my new card. Would this affect my ability to sell?

It's a bit inconsistent from game-to-game, but it generally looks about 60% better on average, up to 100% on *some* games.http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/nvidia_geforce_gtx_1070_review,13.html LOT OF BENCHMARKS
A 780ti is not far off about half the performance of the new 1070/1080 gpu's
