PSA: Stop using the term '2k'. It means different things to different people.

If you want a moniker for it that doesn't require you to write out(or say) 1440p, use WQHD, as that's completely unambiguous.

Anyways, I'm still on 1080p. And probably will be for a while. I'd been planning on upgrading to 1440p, but after really considering my use cases, I think I'd be better off waiting further and going 4k. While 1440p would be a really nice improvement for my PC gaming, I also use my monitor for my PS4 and movie viewing. And I'd really rather not deal with the upscaling issues.

In the interim(since 4k gaming is a ways off for someone like me who doesn't buy high end), I'd like to go 1080p/144hz, but you cant find them with IPS and I simply cant go back to TN.
