Z170 Deluxe Overclocking questions

I've sold my Asus Maximus Hero VIII to a friend, and am (upgrading?) to an Asus Z170 Deluxe.

The main reason for this is aesthetics, I'm going to be doing a white/black/blue build with watercooling...have purchased custom cables and such already for this.

Does this motherboard overclock as well in your experience?
I think technically they look to be about at the same level, but my Deluxe cost me about £100 more?

I have the Z170-A which I think is pretty much the same as the Deluxe with a few less features, in my limited experience of overclocking Intel chips I'm really happy with it, rock solid stable at 4.6ghz, The bios is really nicely laid out with all the overclocking options you need, I'm sure my cpu would go higher but for now I'm happy to leave it where it is, I started overclocking it using the Asus software and finished by upping the multi in the bios.
