RAM for Gigabyte Z68A-D3-B3

Hi all

About to go through some upgrades for my 5 year old system now
This is my motherboard:

It currently has 4x 2GB Ram in taking up all slots, I am upgrading to 16GB.

Can anyone assist in recommendations what would be best for this motherboard please? Prefer Plug and Play, not having to fiddle around with tweaks and settings. Thanks

Rest of my setup if needed is:

i5 2500k
Windows 10 Home
R9 290 atm, upgrading that to 1080GTX as well

Can I just get any 2133 DDR3 16GB Memory then? 2x8GB dual kit would be better? Is that stuff already preconfigured to work as a dual channel?
Ummm and brands.. is there any brands I should avoid?

2x8GB corsair/g skill, geil will do.

Just don't expect to get the full 2133 out of it.

You'll probably have to settle for tight 1866.

Why?

Because sandybridge has a weak integrated memory controller.
