Do i need sata 3 for a SSD and if so why?
I was told i should use sata 3 but cant see the difference when tested
ive just looked into this more. can someone confirm this to be the case?
sata 2 can trabsfer data upto 300mbs, where sata 3 can do upto 600mbs. Therfore, if we use sata 2 on a ssd we are capping it at 50% of its performance id the ssd can transfer 600mbs?
