Hi,
Does anyone know where I can get some dead/faulty DDR4 from? (already tried usual auction apps/sites).
I am painting my Rampage V Extreme and I want to use some dummy DIMMs to place into the slots I have exposed while I spraypaint the board with plastyD. I know most people use something like cardboard but I believe that using actual dimms will engage the pins and on removing spring out any residue that has sunk into the slot (at least better than using cardboard).
Obviously, I dont want to spend much on this, would be good if OcUK offered a 'for parts/breaking' service from their returned items which they cant send back to manuf. lol
