With both the OP2 and OPX when OP was still using the invite system, those who bought it from 3rd party sellers to get the phone faster found while the phones did have Oxygen OS, it had extra bundled apps (meaning you need to have root to remove) that caused ads as well as removing the update section. Best fix was to manually flash the international ROM yourself, who knows what else the resellers was hiding in the ROM.

. It's a great phone, my sister still loves hers, too bad OP don't plan to do a successor to it, there's not many good compact phones left in the world of Android...
