Still like the idea of lifetime or 10 years. Why are ATI warranties so low.

Thats one area where ati vendors are really lagging behind. I remember when the 5970 was launched and 1 or 2 vendors had only a years warranty. A year for half a grands worth at card of the time? Screw that. :eek:

i'll be doing that as soon as i get home...i've got and old lian li pc60, gonna have to lose the hdd i reckon - nightmare

will it happily fit in a coolermaster cm 690 advanced II??

Yeah I have already worked out that I need to move my HDD.

And I thought my 4850 was long. I dread to think what a 5970 is like.

Didn't BFG offer very long warranties? Unless I've got it mixed up didn't they go under along with the warranties? In my mind anything over 3yrs in GPU's is a waste of time, they'll be obsolete by then...
