Does Denuvo protection wears out SSD/HDD's or perform poorly ?

Can someone tell me if the Denuvo protection wears out SSD/HDD's or because of it the game performance is poor ? I have heard about some case somewhere that Denuvo wears out SSD's so bad, not sure about game performance tho.
