I had my EA account hacked and it took 20 minutes to get back on the phone with EA, even better was the fact they actually called me. Steam no doubt would have taken days.

Takes a lot of time making new hats and goddawful skins to fleece people with.

I had exactly the same experience when my EA account was hacked recently, they were very quick to respond and got the whole thing sorted out in about 25 minutes after one call. Thankfully never had the need to contact Steam support *touch wood*

It's none existent.
Perhaps if we started buying hats/skins from the steam customer support centres they would invest more money in them?

I will get hate for saying this but I'd rather have a game on Origin than Steam.
Steam WAS great but now not so much.
I've never had an issue with Origin and everything works perfectly. EA Customer Service is great as well and they've always been really nice and given out codes / vouchers as well!
