Today I received my memory sticks, they looked funny :mad:

Now I have lost time and money, but I have no idea when the replacement will arrive. :confused:

I have one question, If I had opened would I have lost my guarantee?

I'd say probably got whacked during packaging/handling at the factory.

4 x 4Gb kits can still be used in dual channel. Providing the board has four slots of course

Edit: You'd think all DDR4 kits would currently be sold as quad channel though due to X99 being the only real target platform.

I have bought memory sticks from you. As mentioned above with the successful replacement, I have bought 4 sticks. Unfortunately 2 of them stopped working. Would it possible somehow to trace my details? I have paid via Amazon, but there are no order details on their site. And I can't find my invoice from you.
I still have original box and it is *MY-058-TG on it, if it helps
