I'm contemplating the K chip being worth it, do I need the extra speed probably not... do I like tinkering with overclocking still, yes?

Anyone tried to clock the 6400? Can't really justify the extra £50-70 prices i'm seeing?

Yeah its done by bclk clocking, which locks it to max frequency, I was thinking this route, but there's a couple of other negatives, cant remember them off the top of my head. You also have to find a z170 with a bios update that can do it, hence I just went for a k in the end
