Hi Folks,,,,

The first batch of Gigabyte 7 series Intel Core i7 products have landed in OcUK warehouse.....

Check the first 3 models here:

https://www.overclockers.co.uk/lapt...LT-07Q-GI,LT-07S-GI,LT-07R-GI&sPage=1&sSort=3

A point to note.....

vRAM matters when you want smooth, detailed gameplay and performance

In our Gigabyte range you will notice our models come fully loaded with 6GB vRAM on our GTX1060 models, and 8GB vRAM on our GTX1070 models......

It seems that some of our competitors have trimmed the vRAM down by 50%, which is their choice and highlights their desire to focus on reducing prices.

At Gigabyte we maintain that graphics memory is a key element of a high end notebooks' specification and we therefore chose to focus on quality performance, and end user experience.

Any display port on these? Not in description but looks like it in *SOME* photos on the web, but also not listed in the specs :O

EDIT: Just found on Gigabytes website the P57X v7 DOES have a display port! :D Ace !

Now, of the 3 screens:

17.3" FHD 1920x1080 IPS Anti-glare Display LCD
17.3" QHD 2560x1440 120Hz Anti-glare Display LCD
17.3" UHD 3840x2160 Anti-glare Display LCD

Which of these has the highest Adobe RGB colour spectrum? I imagine most of them have near 100% RGB, but which is the most colour accurate?

Hi Combat squirrel,

All 3 are very high spec panels, but the one that has the most accurate is the:

17.3" UHD 3840x2160 Anti-glare Display LCD - Adobe 100% RGB.

Hope that helps,

Unlocked CPU vs locked CPU, the AORUS can run at 4.3Ghz and the AERO at 3.8Ghz - that's some difference.

And yup, faster RAM and higher res display.

Bargain extras for £100!

What's the difference between:

https://www.overclockers.co.uk/giga...-intel-i7-7700hq-gaming-laptop-lt-07q-gi.html

and

https://www.overclockers.co.uk/aoru...tel-core-i7-7820hk-gaming-lapt-lt-02k-au.html

Both made by Gigabyte, same weight, same battery, £100 price difference for a IGZO QHD+ 3200x1800 screen, higher frequency ram and slightly better CPU?

Correct and Correct.

Chassis are also different although both models are aluminium construction. Battery performance has been a focus on the AERO model and it can deliver genuine all day computing (around 10 hours).

Hope that's clarifies further,
