Are these any good for I5 chips? I have an I3 4130 and have the option to buy fairly cheaply an I5 4460, but it's without a cooler. Will mine cool sufficiently?

I had a 4670K running with the stock cooler for about a year. It was fine at stock speeds, don't think it went above 75C under load. I then decided I wanted to OC and upgraded the cooler.

Until recently, all the Intel stock coolers were ally with a copper core - both my i5 and a Pentium came with one of these.

I think with Skylake, they've cost-cut on the stock cooler and removed the copper core. In addition to only providing it with a non-K CPU.
