At least once per week since I took over gaming chairs, I've been asked what the ideal chair is for the bigger or taller person. The Vertagear PL-6000 series of chairs are the answer. The PL-6000 series are the largest chairs we have available, with the frame able to support up to 200KG, and offering the best depth of any chair in our portfolio, which satisfies the requirements of our tall & hefty clientele (like myself!)

Added to that, the PL-6000 has an adjustable tilt tension mechanism, which allows you to tighten/loosen the tilt function without getting off the chair, adjustable 4 point armrests, 75mm soft glide PU wheels, high density foam for comfort and much more.

The PL-6000 is available in 5 colours, and stock is due at the end of the month. I will be having one for my office chair, that's for sure!!!

Is there still issue with the QC of the Vertagear chairs? Have read quite a few members were having issue with their chairs even after OcUK posted about Vertagear claimed that their QC would better after they moved their factory?

There were 2 QC issues I am aware of (of which wasn't technically an issue) : -

SL-4000 - Some of the chair holes were difficult to align and screw in, this was sorted and should not be an issue on any stock we've had since November.

SL-5000 - Several people mistakenly thought that the base was faulty as the gas lift went quite far through the base. This is actually by design to allow the SL-5000 (and the other models now) to appeal to a wider range of heights than they did previously.

I am not aware of any other issues.

At this price point you need to have a sit in a chair first really, but could be tempted to pre order if an early adopters price was put up, or rather put the price down, go on you know you want to

I'm really torn with what to do... I need a chair desperately... I'm 6 foot 3 and 17 and a half stone and I'm not sure if I should get DXRacer king or get this... how do the two compare?
Thanks

Haven't tried the PL-6000 yet but purely from a spec viewpoint the PL-6000 wins hands down. I'll be building up and using one the day the stock arrives so happy to share first impressions.
