MacBook Pro Hard drive change and OS install - Apps corrupted?

Hi guys,

I swapped the hard drive out in a 2010 MacBook for an SSD and reinstalled Leopard, I used the copy service after installation to copy user docs/apps etc off the old hard drive.

Everything seemed ok doc wise expect apps like mission control, Photos, App store etc are all "damaged or incomplete". Is there a way to restore/install these again? Appear to be the majority of the system apps.

Have you tried the migration tool instead? or run Disk Utility for errors
