True. Apparently Q3 but it would be nice to know release date and maybe prices. I'm building Black&Red PC and I try to get every component with red light.
I'm waiting for my Gigabyte's GTX 1080 Xtreme GPU and LED ram sticks would fit nicely into my new build.

So is this stuff better than the older dominator memory for x99 or will we be seeing revised sticks for dominator also?

WOW...that was quicker than I thought.
Still waiting for my Gigabyte's GTX 1080 Xtreme to arrive and I wasn't expecting I may get this RAM earlier than GPU.
I'm buying one but not directly from Corsair. There is one place selling it cheaper.

I wouldn't say better because Dominator series is still the flagship. Though these Vengeance LED DDR4 kits are all optimized for X99 and Z170 platforms and screened higher for overclocking compared to the older Vengeance. If you haven't seen it already, there's a new set of Dominator special edition that's coming out soon.
