I'm thinking about getting a NVME M.2 SSD to replace my sata one. But i need to know whether i can fully clone my os and everything in a way that will work with my other HDDs. As last time i moved drives they had this weird issue where the old os had hid them off and changed permissions etc and caused boot issues. So i want to know can i reliably clone my current SSD without any issues otherwise it may not be worth it.
And if i can how would be best to do it.
