Try it out guys! Even if you have played it previously and quit for some reason. There have been new things added and i hear great things about the latest balance patch!

EDIT: If you need a better link to get the game, use this. This is the basic launchpad and you will download all the files through this. Better as you can stop it and it will save all the files that you have downloaded.

but my network is cutting out loads so cant dl it, would be nice if someone torrented it...unless SOE have some weird annoying distribution policy

played it for a month before christmas (quit before the month was over) but I think I will download this, nothing like a free trial.

I dont liek the way most of the video was of the big robots, in my opinion that was probably the worst part of the game.

I guess the devs are just too proud of their BFR's.

There was a large calling to change the video but they refused, you know what corporations are like when it comes to change due to high demand. They don't like the pressure.

Well your thread got a considerably better response than mine!

Planetside has Enrico at its helm at the moment and as far as i can see, he is helping the game to progress. Although SamHayne did achieve some good things, he was under too much pressure to sort the game out and it was impossible to succeed.
