My output was a little sleepier than expected... not sure why.. I had my X2 was off for a day or so might have had something to do with that.

As I said in another thread I am on the rig in Egypt just now but have organised remote access to my home machines through logmein.com.

Unfortunately my machines at home seem to be dropping like flies atm

First it was the 4000+ SD, then it was the 3500+ Venice (both of these are in my locked bedroom and cannot be accessed by anyone else). Yesterday my entertaiment machine (Opty 170) went down. This is in the sitting room and can be accessed by one of my buddies who keep an eye on things whilst I'm away but the same rig went down earlier in the week and may have an intermittent problem. I think I will get it switched on once more and if it fails again, it will have to remain *ff until I return in about 3-4 weeks.

Looks like production will be a bit low for the next few weeks.

I think I will set all my machines at home on stock when I go away in future, maybe that will help the blighters stay on.

None of them ever display problematic behaviour when I'm home but as soon as my back is turned, the swines start playing up

What procs are MrWhippy and Concordes single crunchers running? I need to get me one Oh well, top 3 ain't bad. And well done on that team tiffy!

I'm guessing the top two single machines are dual core X2 or Intel's.

Yup just checked the singles thread and they are both X2's of some description

Conc's is an X2 3800 (crippled Toledo) which is overclocked like billy-o
not sure what Mr Whippy has but he did say it's an X2...

Ahh that makes me feel better. In that case, I'd have expected more from them if my lowly northwood can keep up Is that the gauntlet dropping I hear?

and a not too shody performance from me (never been one to shy from self trumpet blowing).

for those asking, i'm running an X2 3800 at stock.
it had been clocked at 2.4Ghz in previous weeks, but I had to go back to stock a couple of weeks back just to please Oblivion!

i have been able to keep the rig up 24/7 recently hence the score.
can't guarantee 24/7 from here on though so game on...

Ah yes, I know it was off saturday and sunday!

Finally had a chance to pull out my faulty seasonic and put the old one back in. So my main machine is folding again, but intermittently untill i get the replacement psu.

The team is doing well, lets keep it up and see if we can do a stomp for every team news.

Does anyone know of a fireproof heatproof material i can use for ducting?
I'm reluctant to use cardboard in case it catches fire.
Its to reduce chipset/vreg temps so i can run it overnight.

Aluminum sheet. It's really easy to form with your hands and it doesn't catch fire (under 2500 degrees).

The annoying part is that, out of the machines I have left working, 3 cores have 364 pointers at the moment for a total PPD of about 1200 for just the 3.
If I had all machines working, I could have been looking at an astronomical overall PPD
