Here's a new BIOS compilation, this one with an updated JMicron JMB363 storage controller option ROM. Sorry for taking so long to update it.

Download the BIOS compilation

I highly suggest you do not use any BIOS older than 14, but I've included them if you absolutely need to run an older version for whatever reason. Flash at your own risk. I've personally tested 18ZZZ only. There's very little chance of failure for other versions, however. Worst thing that'll happen is some option ROM throws an error, in which case you flash back to a stock BIOS and post here so I can figure out why and possibly correct it (or put in an older working version of that option ROM instead).

If you do not require the PXE ROM to display its "press Shift+F10 to configure..." message twice after the Intel AHCI OROM's initialization message during boot up, go to the CMOS setup screen, then Integrated Peripherals, then Onboard PCI Device, and set - Invoke Boot Agent to Disabled for both Network Controller 1 and Network Controller 2.

If for some reason you require a beta BIOS version available from the lejabeach website updated, please send me a PM.

What Id like to see in the review: How many power phases? Is this the top of the line version?

It looks like its got a removeable bios, which could fit a bios savior if u had 1.

I actually spoke to Gibbo in regards to the Abit IP-35 Pro a few weeks ago & he informed me it would either be this week or next week. :)

Cool I've added that to the original thread, was going to upload the manual but this saves me doing it. :)

let me know how that goes plz m8 :)

Physically, it fits fine, loads of clearance from NB\PWM heatsinks.

Edit: Think I've made a minor mistake. I chucked in a Celeron D 331 (533mhz/2.66ghz) as a temp solution until the Q6600 prices go down, but it isn't posting.

With a hard disk not installed its showing a 8.3 Post code (ATX pwr supply) - I suspect there isn't enough load on the PSU (CPU not firing up?).

With a hdd installed its stopping at C.5 or 1.1 (which isn't listed in the manual).

Manual doesn't explictly list Celeron support, but the Intel P35 site does. Nor does anywhere state 533fsb support, but there is a P4D that runs on a 533fsb.

2 gig of OCZ 8500 if it helps. I've tried it out of the chassis, different PSU no change.

Any ideas?

have you tried with just 1 DIMM?
It's quite possible that the OCZ neeeds more than the JEDEC 1.8V that the mobo may be setting by default.
