It's an official government sex offenders register website, and the report matches the personal details of the guy that owns the gambling site.

I just skim read the first 2 or 3 pages, it's not that long. Pages 4 to 22 are just people saying "hello from thisforum.com" "hello from thatforum.com". oh, and some good photoshops
