Getting money back on my tax disc....

OK my tax disc runs out at the end of November...

How do i found out if i can claim anything back if i take it in............ Before anyone says it.... No i cant be arsed to drive to the nearest post office, or pick up a phone and ring them! lol

You will get back 1 month's worth (1/12th of a 12 month policy, a 6 month policy has a 10% additional charge which you will not get back), providing it is submitted before 1st November.

basic rule you can only claim complete months back, so if its the end of nov you can get 1 month back

OK so it was about £70 for 6 months, so in reality im gonna get back less than a tenner? lol

The tax disc is a licence?????? a Vehicle Excise Duty Licence to be exact.
