I reckon you could do the 10 in central quite easily.

Kings Cross then Northern Line to Angel to go to the one in Islington. Then Northern Line down into the City for London Wall and Cannon Street. Down to Clapham on the Northern Line again then back into the west end on the Victoria Line to do Soho, Covent Garden and Carnaby Street. Then head west on the Piccadily and go to Earls Court and then somehow get to Shepherds Bush. Simples.
