Join young ghost-hunters Nigel Danvers and Lucy Reubans, as they begin a new 'Crown' mystery:

Hallowed Isle lies just off the coast of Saxton, on England's windswept coast. It is a moody, melancholy place; haunted by those who lived, worked and died there. That, in itself, is not unusual in this uncanny landscape, where everywhere has a supernatural tale to tell… should you be brave enough to delve deeper.

Hallowed Isle is different. It hides its secrets well, buried beneath centuries of bizarre history. Nigel and Lucy will need to use ALL of their new found ghost-hunting skills to unravel the mystery of who, or what, haunts the small, pine ridged island, four miles out at sea.

Grab your ghost-hunting kit, board the island ferry, and experience this spooky sequel to the 2007 hit - The Lost Crown - A Ghost-Hunting Adventure.

About the game

Written and created by Jonathan Boakes, 'The Last Crown - Haunting of Hallowed Isle' is a direct sequel to the indie-hit, The Lost Crown. Set vividly on England's windswept coast, the game is shot and filmed on location, in the author's home county of Cornwall.

Presented in crisp black and white, with vivid splashes of colour, the 'Crown' games explore British myths, folklore and ghost stories, providing a classic supernatural experience. Both on land, sea and air, the game is set to please fans of the first game, as well as those new to the series.

"TLC2 definitely has a sea-faring queasy feel, as Nigel and Lucy attempt to navigate a fishing boat out to Hallowed Isle" says Jonathan Boakes "it's spooky, fun, traditional fare, with plenty of new adventures for Nigel Danvers and his ghost-hunting partner, Lucy Reubans."

"After a dull, rainy summer of ghost-hunting, the two are ready for something a bit more challenging. If half the stories regarding Hallowed Isle are true, they may have found just what they are looking for. Will it prove too much for them?"

"Also, there's the new ghost-hunting tool to try out. The 'GhostGadget' has just been dispatched to Saxton, from a mysterious boss and benefactor. It's a prototype, as always, so getting the most from your GhostGadget will depend on your skill as an operator, as well as a technician. You see, the GhostGadget is fully customisable, so gamers will have fun finding new parts, while trying to create the most effective and powerful ghost-hunting device ever!"

The Last Crown - Haunting of Hallowed Isle is planned for release in 2011, with a sequel - The First Crown, following in 2012.

Pine Ridge Care Home - Lucy Reubans has never been sure about the Pine Ridge Care Home, based out on Hallowed Isle. Her beloved Grandpa has been a resident for more years than Lucy cares to remember. Money is tight, so there was little choice. But, things have taken a turn for the worse. A letter has arrived from Gramps, in desperate need. He believes that 'something' is entering the resident bedrooms, late at night. "There have been suspicious deaths", he says, "but Nurse Crane will take no notice. Please help." As Nigel and Lucy arrive at the Care Home, they find the place quiet as the grave. "Where is everyone?" worries Lucy "Where is Gramps?!"

Saxton Harbour - Saxton is a small harbour town nestled amongst the rocks and watery inlets, providing a home to ghost-hunters Nigel Danvers and Lucy Reubans. No-one knows, for sure, when the town was established, but its very name suggests a strong Anglo-Saxon influence. Some say the spirits of the old kings still dwell within the landscape, influencing all. Is it possible to summon such legendary figures, using ghost-hunting techniques?

The Scarecrow - Guardians can take many forms. They serve to protect that which is precious. As Halloween approaches, it is the crop of pumpkins that needs guarding. They will be needed to protect people's homes, during Samhain, when dark forces descend upon the town. The scarecrow was created for this very task, oh so many years ago. The crows never linger when he is present. Is it the crude half formed face, or the ragged coat? Or, do the crows know something more, about the scarecrow, which we dare not?

The Warren - Hidden from the tourists, the maze-like streets of The Warren are a wretched place. The foggy, damp streets echo with the ghosts of a thousand sailors, fishermen and their kin. The past and present collide, creating confusion and disorientation. It is all too easy to loose someone here, especially if they don't wish to be followed. One such person is Nanny Noah, the local white witch. She has a date with a mysterious individual, less than a day before Halloween. What is she planning? Why is she unwilling to tell Nigel and Lucy the truth?

No release date other than 2011, but any fans of Lost Crown here?
