Is Roy "Pretty Boy" Shaw Dead?

Seen a few posts in other forums and something in the Daily Star, but nothing credible so far. Wikipedia has his date of death but no description given or his cause of death. Any ideas?
BTW I'm not a fan of his, merely interested if the rumours are true.
I think some people are getting his death confused with the death of Sir Roy Shaw.

Jackie Chan is dead too! -_-

Seriously though, unless you can find a solid article about it, its probably B/S.

Not everyone takes an interest in some insignificant East End lowlife. I doubt that very many people know who he is apart from maybe SUN/Mirror readers and some lowly East End folk.

You dont have to take an interest; I'd wager that more than some folk know who he is.

Maybe they do but who cares as it's really of no consequence.

I think it's 100% sure he's dead. mentioned on Ronnie Biggs site as well.

Fair do's he wasn't the nicest man in the world, but I think I would have grudges to bear against prison guards if they plugged my head into the national grid every fortnight.

He was an underworld figure who was incredibly hard. He done 18 years for armed robbery and was constantly being done for assaulting prison officers and the like.

When he came out, he kind of turned straighter and became a bare knuckle fighter, fighting Lenny McLean of Lock Stock fame on 3 occasions, winning once.

He also became a millionaire through business deals, although I don't know how shady they were.

He was the main entry in Kate Kray's book, Hard ******s.

Then out of interest why do you bother posting in this thread, along with all the other people that feel the need to let every thread reader know that they don't know who he is

Saying they don't know who he is, is perfectly valid in a discussion where you want details on if he has died.
