Make sure you get the right ones: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-008-CS&groupid=701&catid=2331&subcat=

Don't go for the 'low noise' ones as the max speed is 1450rpm, which causes problems with controlling the speed, with some H100i/H80i's not picking the speed up at all.

Standard fans: 2700rpm
SP120 performance 2350rpm (doesn't cause any problems)
Low noise: 1450rpm (big difference from standard).

*edit*

You can prob tell from that that silence is not really an option atm. When newer firmware comes out then maybe more fans will be supported. Corsair will tell you that they're only supporting the standard sp120l

Scythe 1900rpm fans. Push/pull is where one set of fans are on one side and the other side also. One set pulls air in and the other pushes it out. It usually results in lower temps by 1-2 degC

I also recommend a fan controller
