Best way to get pics onto forum?

I currently faff about with taking picture, resizing picture using (an actually pretty good) resizing tool, upload to dropbox, move to public folder, post link in forum post.

Is there a quicker and easier way of getting photos/screenshots from my HDD into a forum post without breaking the forum rules?

i usually use a private album on facebook, on chrome you can right click and open image in new tab then use the address from that

I use imageshack with a dropbox addon which will sync the images I upload imageshack to dropbox.

I find posting them to ocuk HQ and asking RJK oneil to post them for you works

How about with mobiles? Just through the imgur app?

Tinypic.. only because them codes you have to type in to verify your human aren't insanely difficult to decipher.

Yeah. Take picture, share with -> imgur -> select other sizes -> large thumbnail. (unless it's already forum sized)

Nice one mate, to be fair I remembered I bought a pound shop Samsung dock and tried that out. Just always wondered how people post their lunch so quick sans instagram etc.

Imgur.com is the best and quickest uploader. Just create an account (can be private or public) and keep it logged in. Job done.

Yeah that's the easiest way for me too, as I have FTP built into Firefox which you can just open as a tab. I only have 55 megabytes of webspace though, so I also use Photobucket if I need to upload lots of pictures but I find the new interface fiddly. The old interface let you generate links across a whole album and ctrl-v into your forum post. Now I have to click on a single image, generate IMG code, then repeat for every picture throughout the album. Cumbersome.

yea resize them and goto imgur

if you upload multiple photos then once they are uploaded click generate multiple links or whatever the option is and make sure you select for BB so it has the

Imgur -> Large thumbnail option (to make it a suitable size for forum). No need to do anything else to the picture. App version works pretty well as well.

i just save them in a pictures folder on my pc and then share them like this...
