Do I need a new PSU?

I am currently looking to buy a new build, and one of the items I'm not really sure I can keep from my current machine is my PSU. It is a Corsair HX 620W ATX Modular SLI Compliant Power Supply, but it is 6-years old.

HWMonitor reports that the rails are showing 2.9 on the +3v, 3.8 on the +5v and 8.92 on the +12v. I know nothing about the finer details of a PSU, but that needs replacing, right? I'm looking at a 3.4ghz Haswell and R280 to run in the new system.

If so, what should I be looking at? Do I need fully modular? Semi? Not modular at all? The HX620W is modular and I do remember it making the build much easier, so I guess I should go for that again, right? And if I do need a new PSU, will 550W be enough juice? I will probably look to OC the CPU (no idea what I can do with that over air, mind).

Thanks!
