Help with multizone Nest install

Over the weekend I installed a two zone Nest setup. It's a new build house that had two mains powered Danfoss TP5000 programmer/thermostats.

I re-used the wiring for this for the 12v feed for the Nest thermostats and terminated the spare cables.

To ease the wiring mayhem, I used a junction box to feed the two Nest Heat Links. This then fed into another junction box which is the one that was already installed and connected to the boiler, TP5000s and the zone valves.

My old setup looked like this..

Now that I've installed the Nests, it now looks like this;

However, when I ran the test on the Nest thermostat, it told me the heating was on but my radiators never got warm. The Nest doesn't seem to indicated anything's wrong. Both Heat Links have a green light. The boiler fires up when I call for heat.

There's also a Frost Stat and a weather compensator cabled in but I can't imagine they would impact anything?

Can anyone see anything wrong with how it's wired up?
