Spec me a good mobo for Core 2 Quad o/cing

Money = no issue. But cheaper the better.

My current mobo is giving me bum ache ocing my Q6600.... its so upsetting!

Any ideas or know of any good mobos for C2Q support & Ocing them?
 
Gigabyte p35 ds4, great for overclocking, and has 8 sata's onboard.

I'm running 9 x sata hd's, 1 sata dvd-r , one ide hd, and dvd-r Ide. (I have a 2 port sata II pce-e card fitted)

Even with all this in the board clocks to 3.6 on my quad 100% stable. I'm 100% sure I can get more when I sort out my water cooling.
