DFI NF4 Ultra-D S-ATA ports and 8800GTS

I have a DFI NF4 Ultra-D and a 8800GTS, will I have any problems using three S-ATA ports or will the videocard block some S-ATA ports?

I have the DFI NF4 SLI-D and a 8800GTS. One of the SATA ports is obstructed but the other 3 are fine. I can take a pic if you like?

I can check myself but if you say that three are accessible that is fine, I only need three available as I have to copy the contents of my current RAID array to a new drive.

A pic would be great but if it is too much hassle don't do it.
