Well the kids did extremely well in the Mickey Mouse, now for the big one on Saturday and the return of the bigg'uns.:)

Was very impressed with Song and Diarra today, both played very well and usually don't rate Song at all. Still think Senderos is a waste of space, just isn't good enough to play for Arsenal. Let's hope we can keep it going with a nice win over Spurs!
 
Gotta be a bit gutted if you're Barazite, come on as sub for 2nd ever appearance, eager to make an impact and then you get a dislocated shoulder :(

Good battling performance for the most part tonight I thought. Blackburn came out very strongly after halftime, but we weathered the storm and started to build again. Was pleased with the workrate in extra time, Bendtner kept pressing and forcing their defenders into quick passes right up until the 122nd minute.

Song was a bit of a surprise, maybe he is better suited to playing as a centrehalf like Toure.
 
Nice result there, was expecting a loss especially after the sending off. We looked to be struggling early in the second half but pulled through. Were a couple of tasty challenges but no more than they usually do against us. Why can't Eduardo be so clinical for the first team :(.

Spurs looked pretty good for once ;), all over City till the ridiculous sending off. Then Malbranque just gets a yellow and Johnson gets booked for diving when he was just brushed off the ball. Ref needs shooting.
 
Good result for the younguns, interesting how there's no mention of devaluing the competition by playing the reserves these days. Guess its devalued enough as it is and us actually making it through to the semis at least most years now has put a stop to that. Hopefully Eduardo will start to replicate this form in the first team but who knows.

Did you see Bennett when he sent Zokora off. He absolutely LOVED it. Sticking his card in the air and pointing like he's Adolf Hitler. Such a *****, can't stand the man!

Didnd't listen to scores and recorded the Arsenal game, watched it when I got in. My Sky+ didn't carry on and only got the first half of extra time :/ When I'd got that far into it I was a little annoyed :(

It was a good game to watch, even as a neutral but the commentators got carried away as usual, saying it was a phenomenal Arsenal performance, calling some decent saves by the goalkeeper amazing, and generally talking crap.
 
Will Torres be out of Ferdinands pocket in time for tonights game, or is Benitez hoping he'll be back for the weekend? :p

The problem with Torres against ManU was that he had no team behind him. ManU played the away game perfectly. We where just a bunch of men on a field with no plan or structure.

A~nyway :p
I'll go Liverpool win. It'll be 2 - 1 we'll get a late winner ;)
 
Can't see Chelsea winning this tonight, simple reason is Liverpool have more goals in the side at the moment than we do.
Carvalho and Ballack might get a game so at least something good could come from it.

/Disclaimer in case of loss: "It's a worthless cup anyway and now we can concentrate on the, errmm...oh yeah the FA cup"
