Cheapest site to get a footy shirt?

A English man should never EVER EVER wear a Argentina or Germany shirt, it is a disgrace. How can you walk around thinking its cool. No ifs or buts.

Last shirt I bought was an England one for £10 and even that was expensive.

Remember being a kid and forcing my parents to by £35/75 football shirts/kits, shocking.

I have this one, http://www.subsidesports.com/uk/sto...bCategory=2,txtSearch=wanka,txtSearchNameSKU=,

What's wrong with Germany or Argentina shirts?

It's not the shirts per se, that I think he's referring to - I would imagine he is making reference to rivalries between England and those nations, bearing in mind the wars, and the subsequent sporting clashes.

For a kid in the mid-80s in England to contemplate wearing an Argentina shirt, it would have been incomprehensable! - there was so much hate and detest around at that time, mostly media driven, that Ossie Ardiles was loaned away from Spurs to save him from the abuse etc in the English league.

As for Boca vs River, my mate has been to the derby at both grounds, having friends in Buenos Aires, and said the La Bombonera game is 1,000 times more passionate than that at River's ground, and is unmissable, although when Boca scored he involuntarily crowd surfed for about 50 metres, and trip to the game it'self is like something out of Platoon.

Myself and Cheets are very close in age, him being 9 months older than me and I don't see the problem with it. He wasn't old enough to fully understand the rivalries in the mid-eighties, especially as he was only 2 in 1985.

The sporting rivalries aren't too bad, we've had 2 Argentinians who have made cult status at Old Trafford in recent years (and one who didn't :p), many of whom will wear the Argentina shirts with that players name on. Personally I see nothing wrong with wearing foreign shirts.
