sad thing is you will still get the people in the world who will want to protect this sick ************, 'o he didnt know better'
its a ******* 5 month year old better, how hard is life sometimes honestly?
dealth penalty.
the guy obviously needs psychiatric help
I could sit and argue this with Neanderthals like you all day. I won't, though. It's not a case of protection (except from from short-sighted people like you who'd see him burn for this); the guy obviously needs psychiatric help. He needs to be contained and treated in a place where he can't hurt himself or anyone else. He definitely does not need to be tortured, or to have the death penalty (no one needs the death penalty)

Just extremely upsetting, thank god the child isn't old enough to remember what happened. I hope they never find out when they grow up.
Clearly a mentally disturbed individual, I really don't know what the answer is though.
How do you know he's mentally ill, I would say his actions would point to that but it's an assumption.
Do you think that anybody that carries out a sexual assualt of this kind is mentally ill?
HEADRAT
Do you think that a sane individual would be able to do that to a baby, through it crying and choking?
While I can kinda see where you're coming from, do you not think that someone who does this kinda thing is obviously wired up wrong and is probably beyond help?
Do you want your hard earned tax going towards his upkeep in a state institution or prison with said money keeping him entertained because it's against his human rights to be NOT subjected to mental simulation. And if he IS 'psychologically' disturbed, then will he benefit from this simulation?
I can see what you're saying though.
If he's "wired up wrong" and "beyond help", does that mean he deserves to suffer the same fate as someone who's just a malicious git (still very difficult to determine fairly whether they're ill or just horrible people)? Not in my opinion.
though I can't imagine that it's much lighter on the conscience
