Not a fan of fried though due to how the oil kinda turns tough into a thin film.If I ever see anyone microwaving scrambled eggs I will have to LART them.

Lightly scrambled on wholemeal toast with black pepper and chives and/or smoked salmon. If done right it's absolutely delicious.

).I've perfected my way of cooking eggs - fried in butter, and cooked over easy, so that the white is completely done but the yolk only lukewarm.
