Has anyone used this before?

i have applied for tickets and am wondering if i will get an email confirming weather or not i have been successful. or if they will just pop up in the post??

cant find a contact email address on the site

ideally could do with know before they just arrive, so i can sort out a cheap room at a travel lodge

you get an email a couple of days after you apply to let you know, went to watch mastermind a few weeks ago

www.applausestore.com is where I got my top gear tickets. They called and offered them to me.

Yea i've applied on there for the last 2 years to get top gear. still nothing
