Best thing you've ever won

The main things that come to mind are a weekend away in a nice old manor house and also a Road Angel from Evo for the best letter of the month :)

at a birthday party in the late 80s i won a Roland Rat activity set, drawing paper, colouring books, pencils, crayons and a pencil case

given how excited i was to win it, compared to how excited i've been in my life since, i think i reached my peak at the age of 7 :)

This really made me laugh. Bravo, sir, bravo!

1000 Air miles.
That's about it, I don't really enter many compo's.
In fact I never knew I won it till I tried to purchase a holiday.

1st prize was something like 250,000 air miles, damnit!

My girlfirend won a mountain bike at like 7 in a drawing competition, only problem was her mum drew it and she just wrote her name :D

I won a Sega Master System 2 from the Beano when i was a nipper. I also won a name-out-of-hat thing to go to auditions for Noels House party at around the same age, to audition for the Wait Till I Get You Home thing. I didnt get on to *** show, though. They showed my clip over a christmas special, i was told by family, but i was in hospital so i missed it :(

won a few hundred at the casino on seperate occaisions, won tickets to the metal hammer golden gods, other than that not much of note, i won £25 in a prize draw for completing a survey the other day

I won a holiday once from my local tailors! Bought a DJ and got a raffle ticket and thought no more about it, as you do. Got a call a couple of weeks later saying you have £600 to put towards a holiday of your choice!

i never win anything...however, funny story: my old boss won a top of the range macbook pro with a ton of accessories from a raffle sophos were having at infosec a couple of years back...unfourtunately as we are a public sector organisation, who was tendering for a corporate av solution at the time, he wasn't personally allowed to accept it... the guys who run the print room, however, were over the moon when they were told they could get their mitts on it! of course, we made him open it up in the office when it arrived before he had to wave goodbye to it! he still hasn't forgiven us to this day!

I once won a full tin of kitkats and a set of Pyrex dishes at a school raffle, And i won £83 on the lottery but i gave it to my mum as she bought me the ticket because i couldn't get to the shop.

When I was about 10 I won a football signed by the Stoke City players by guessing how many beans in a jar.
I actually cheated because the answer was on the inside of the lid and I removed it when the stall holder wasn't looking.
